Piranhas have a reputation as ferocious predators that hunt their prey in schools. It is a relatively small fish with a round body, large head and bulldog-like face. Piranhas can grow to between 8 and 15 inches long. Piranhas swim in groups called shoals. These freshwater fish the vicious river monsters. They build school as a means of cooperative hunting and they are timid fish that schooled for protection from their own predators.
Here in this video, the man dipped a head of a bull into the murky waters of the Amazon river by a local man standing on a gondola. The man knew what may happen next to it. He raised the head out of the water to reveal the fish that has created another terrifying scene. Some fishes didn’t want to leave the flesh of the head and they came out of the water by biting. The footage of the extraordinary feeding frenzy was posted on YouTube that goes viral.
Piranhas have one of the strongest bites and the black piranha produces one of the most forceful bites measured in vertebrates. This extremely powerful bite is generated by large jaw muscles that are attached closely to the tip of the jaw.
